3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, and supplier pricing. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. Payment terms will be agreed upon before order fulfillment. We accept wire transfers, letters of credit, and other standard B2B payment methods.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be specified in the quote. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, customs clearance, and shipping conditions. Dotsher is not liable for delays beyond our control.
6. Warranty and Returns
Products carry manufacturer warranties as specified. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective or non-conforming goods. Custom orders may not be eligible for return. Please contact our support team for return authorization.
